1. Overview & Acceptance
KindCraft Digital is an independent digital company. We develop and publish web applications and sites including ATS ResumeSprint and GearDuels. By accessing our websites and applications, you agree to these terms. These Terms apply globally to every KindCraft Digital website we control. They are read together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
2. Product Portfolio & Disclaimers
Software and sites published by KindCraft Digital are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. That includes our current and forthcoming digital products. We make no representations or guarantees regarding hiring outcomes, purchase decisions, third-party availability, or merchant pricing.
3. Purchases & Whop
Where KindCraft Digital sells access, we use clear, upfront, non-recurring passes or one-time transactions. We do not enforce automatic recurring subscriptions without explicit affirmative consent. KindCraft Digital products are provided and supplied by KindCraft Digital. Secure checkout and payment processing are handled by Whop. Card and banking details are collected by Whop at checkout on the relevant product site, not by this parent website.
4. End-user privacy (global, non-waivable)
End-user data security and privacy are mandatory on every KindCraft Digital property. No profiling tags, no advertising pixels, no analytics suites, and no selling of visitor or customer lists. Theme preference, if used, stays on the visitor's device only. We do not introduce tracking, profiling, or list-selling in product updates. Product-specific notices may add operational detail; they cannot reduce this standard.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
